Spins on offer. Wagering: 60x on winnings; Cash potential: Yes, up to NZ$50; Deposit needed: No, code GOLDE20; Slot access: Great Rhino Megaways only
Practice. Wagering: None; Cash potential: Never, it is practice; Deposit needed: No, open instantly; Slot access: Nearly all 1,913 games
Credit. Wagering: 39x deposit plus bonus; Cash potential: Yes, after wagering; Deposit needed: Yes, from NZ$10 with GOLDE106; Slot access: Most slots, a few barred
Right award, wrong slot. Open Great Rhino Megaways from the award itself, since the 20 rounds stay locked to that slot and will not show in any other game.
Look for GOLDE20 in your history. Check your bonus history for GOLDE20 first, because one award per person, household and device applies and a second claim will not be added.
Unclaimed rounds in the bonus tab. Activate the rounds in the bonus section before you open the slot, or they sit unused until the three-day window closes.
Top up to the code threshold. Top up to NZ$30 for GOLDEFIRE30 or NZ$10 for GOLDE106, since a smaller payment leaves the award switched off.
Climb a tier before the reset. Level up before the reward period resets, because VIP progress starts from zero each cycle and an unfinished tier pays nothing.
Escalation with code and hour. Message live chat or email [email protected] with the code, the slot and the hour you claimed; the desk answers around the clock.
18+Goldencrown Casino pins every spin to one named slot, so no award drifts across the library.

From Sign-Up to Spins Credited
Most players worry the rounds will vanish before they land, so each step below says what to watch.
Verified Before You Spin
Match the name and birth date on your photo identification exactly, since any mismatch stalls the reward and needs manual correction later.
Enter the Code First
Paste the code into the bonus field before paying in, because spins cannot be added to a completed deposit after the fact.
When Your Deposit Qualifies
Top up at least NZ$10 from a card or wallet; Skrill and Neteller payments are excluded and will not trigger the rounds.
The Right Game Screen
Open the named slot from the bonus page rather than the lobby search, as the rounds stay invisible until that exact game loads.
Set your limits before you open the spins
Spins never oblige you to keep playing or to deposit again. Goldencrown Casino offers deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion. Gambling Helpline New Zealand, the Problem Gambling Foundation of New Zealand and Healthline all give free help to players in New Zealand.
Cooling-off periods. Pauses your account for a set period, so you return only when you decide to.
Deposit limits. Caps what you can add to your balance in a day or a week.
Loss limits. Ends play at a figure or a moment you choose, before the slot decides for you.

When a spin is unclear
Why did my spins not appear?
Read this when a spin, a code or a withdrawal seems to have gone wrong.
trustCan I withdraw what the free spins paid me?+
Spins winnings stay as bonus money until you meet the wagering on them. Clear it and the balance becomes withdrawable, subject to verification of your identity and address. Anything left uncleared at the end of the period is removed.
trustWhat is one free spin actually worth?+
Each spin wagers a fixed amount of its own, and that amount sets what a win can be. A spin worth NZ$0.10 pays on a small stake, so a line win returns cents rather than dollars. The estimate in the tables shows what the full set is worth at average luck.
trustHow long until my friend's spins land?+
Your friend's first deposit must reach NZ$50, and up to 5 friends count. Once it clears, 75 spins at NZ$0.10 arrive on Bier Haus, valid for seven days with wagering of 35 times on the winnings across three days.
trustWhat happens if I play the spins on my phone?+
The spins open on the same account in the mobile browser, and the app awards its own 20 rounds on Lucky Lady's Charm Deluxe once installed. Progress and balance carry across both. Nothing needs a separate code.
trustWhy should I care which license you hold?+
Anjouan Offshore Finance Authority regulates the casino under license ALSI-277442, held by Goldencrown Casino LLC. That licence number is the one to quote in any complaint or query to support, so your case can be traced to the operator.
trustCan I get spins I never have to wager?+
One offer carries no wagering at all: the 30 spins on Aztec Magic for a deposit from NZ$30 with code GOLDEFIRE30. Winnings from those spins go straight to your cash balance. Every other set carries a wagering figure.
